  • Reflexology

    Reflexology by Louise McBeath
    IIR MAR, RN

Reflexology is a relaxing, non-invasive treatment and is suitable for all ages.  Reflexology is based on the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands which correspond to all organs, glands and structures in the body.  By stimulating these reflexes the body is encouraged to work naturally and restore its own healthy balance.
Reflexology can help with stress, migraine, sleep disorders, hormonal imbalances, arthritis, back and neck pain and digestive disorders. It can help to ease or prevent many discomforts and ailments commonly associated with pregnancy.  Postnatally, reflexology can help to balance and harmonize the body at this demanding time, reduce anxiety and tension and increase vitality.  It  can also be used to help with many minor baby ailments.
Reflexology is a complimentary therapy and should not be considered as an alternative to conventional medicine

For appointments or further information contact Louise on
    51 29 14 48 or lmcbeath@ssafara.net
